Case Study

Designing a health and wellbeing program
and implementing it globally

A major financial institution considering investing in
a corporate health and wellbeing program,
faced a number of key questions and challenges:
How to optimize returns on investment? What strategy and focus to apply? How to maximize and leverage employee engagement in the program? 

 

My role was to support the client in answering these questions and to design and implement a program specifically tailored to fit the needs of the organization
and the individuals within it. 

With a clear focus on prevention rather than cure, empowering personal responsibility, and enabling sustainable change, the integration of the neuroscience and biology of behavioral change were key to the program’s success.
Not only were the understandings and tools of behavioral change taught within the trainings run as part the program, but more importantly, they were embedded into the core design and implementation of the program itself.

As a result, the program was successful in engaging people across the organization and rolled out in over
20 countries around the world.
